Membership of the Coleford Twinning Association

We welcome new members to our Association. Although we have a formal Executive Committee and a Constitution, we do not wish to appear too formal and (Covid restrictions permitting) have regular informal gatherings and events. When we get our exchanges visits organised again, members will be invited to join with groups who are travelling over  to St Hilaire de Riez. We organise coach trips, plane flights and accommodation for members. We can also arrange for members to be hosted by families associated with EFB Asso, our partner twinning organisation in St Hilaire. Members can also vote at the AGM and at other meetings that are arranged. 
We have three membership option available: Individual, Family or Organisations. The membership period starts from 1st April. 

Individual Membership is £15 per year. 
Family Membership is £25 per year (for up to four family members).
Organisation Membership (for businesses, schools, clubs etc) is £30 per year. Organisation membership does not entitle members or employees of such organisations to the rights of individual or family membership. Only two representatives from an organisation membership may vote at a meeting.

Coleford Twinning Association Partnerships and Links

The CTA are keen to support families, schools, sports clubs, youth clubs and other organisations that wish to establish a link with a partner organisation in St Hilaire de Riez. If you are interested in establishing a partnership, or just an informal link, then please feel free to approach us and we can contact our partner twinning association to see if your request can move forwards.
